In this position, you will experience every aspect of the software development lifecycle for a large-scale commercial products and its accompanying services. Your role will involve overseeing the successful implementation of essential features that drive Microsoft's cloud for sustainability suite of products. This team is responsible for a charter that is amongst the most dynamic and exciting across the industry, involving - big data scale, machine learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLM) and real-time insights. The challenges you will encounter are as groundbreaking as they come.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in designing and building high-scale cloud services.
• 2+ years of experience in Azure Cloud and related technologies.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge of distributed systems, micro-services architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse & Power Platform, or other Dynamics 365 Apps.
• Architecture, design, coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience debugging and helping customers resolve live issues.
• Experience taking initiative, leading in ambiguous situations, and producing results.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.
  

Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
