We are looking for a candidate to play a pivotal role in advancing the development and delivery of high-quality SDKs, enhancing developer experiences, and building strong ecosystem partnerships. Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to innovative solutions and leverage new technologies to enhance product quality.
• Solid experience in Windows application development and familiarity with system-level software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing challenges with a logical and results-driven approach.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality code and adhering to best practices in software engineering.
• Effective team player with proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments and contribute to team success.
• Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Demonstrated involvement in open-source projects, reflecting active engagement with the developer community and collaborative coding practices.
  • Familiarity with the Windows developer ecosystem, including knowledge of the Windows platform, tools, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience contributing to developer tools such as SDKs, APIs, CLIs, or productivity-enhancing features, with a focus on usability and developer satisfaction.
  • Basic experience with AI-driven features like Copilot functionality, prompt engineering, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), showcasing an interest in leveraging AI for innovative solutions.
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies, with exposure to iterative workflows and adaptable team processes.
