We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Fundamentals team. This role is integral to enhancing the efficiency and scalability of our application release process and improving developer productivity across platforms. Our infrastructure allows feature teams to deliver new features to millions of users in an automated fashion. By defining programs goals and metrics to improve developer experience, you will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, reducing response times, and enabling the feature team developers to be more efficient.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 3+ years of experience with communicating clear, organized program plans, status information, and collaborating in written and live forums to achieve results with large, complex sets of stakeholders.
- Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Insights of developer productivity and engineering health.
- Basic understanding of AI/LLM.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience shaping the technical direction of a project or product, creating a long-term vision, aligning it with business goals, and guiding the team toward successful implementation
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
- Experience in Azure DevOps, Data analysis, PowerBI.
