Senior Software Engineer (UEQ team)

The UEQ (Universal Event Queue) team builds up a large-scale data platform for user events processing of various Microsoft customer facing entrances including 3rd parties. UEQ team is leveraging cutting-edge big data techniques on distributed data processing, including streaming, batch, non-SQL DB, Kafka etc.

Strong team spirit, independent and hands-on ability. 5+ years of working experience, A faster learner on ramping up new things. A strong sense of responsibility. Years of working experience on streaming data processing, and programming on Spark/Flink etc. mainstream platform. Familiar with K8s container environment setup and service deployment.

Big data processing development experience, especially streaming data processing on leading open-source platform, Spark/Flink, have fundamental knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, KV store like Redis, DB like RocksDB, ClickHouse etc.

The responsibility of this position including streaming/batch task development, deployment, diagnosis, performance tuning, etc. full DevOps cycle. Besides for that, this position also take responsibility for platform development and maintenance work.
