Microsoft Development Center Estonia, with Offices in Tallinn and Tartu, is part of the Experiences & Devices division within Microsoft and well known for its Skype history. Today, our focus is much broader. The two largest areas are building Intelligent Conversations & Communications Cloud (IC3) which powers communication services for millions of Microsoft customers around the world and building Enterprise Cloud solutions that help Microsoft to deploy, maintain and audit sovereign clouds around the world. #IC3TeamsPhone

  • Strong coding and software design skills in any of the following programming languages: C#, Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Go + readiness to switch to C#​
  • Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent technical discipline​
  • Solid problem solving, troubleshooting and debugging skills​
  • Good analytical skills and logical thinking​
  • Ability to communicate technical details clearly​
