Senior Software Engineer Lead

The Search + Distribution organization includes the product, engineering, and growth teams responsible for Microsoft Bing worldwide, as well as Microsoft Search in Bing for enterprise. Required Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of industry experience in Software Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar engineering/software/services experience
• Passionate about writing quality code and proficient in at least one programming language such as C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, GO
• Skilled in web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, ReactJS, AngularJS and NodeJS
• Demonstrable history of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with cloud computing such as Azure, AWS, GCP or other cloud platforms is highly desirable
• Strong problem solving & critical thinking capabilities
• Clear communication skills and demonstrated customer empathy
• Passionate and collaborative team player with a drive to work in a fast-paced environment
