Microsoft’s Cloud business is expanding, and the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth including AI! CSCP’s vision is to empower customers to achieve more by delivering Cloud Capacity Differentiated at Scale. Our mission is to deliver capacity for all cloud services predictably through intelligent systems driven by continuous learning and a world class organization. The CSCP Organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), decommissioning and disposition of Data center assets worldwide. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Skype, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. Our infrastructure is comprised of a large global portfolio of more than 200 datacenters supporting services for more than 1 billion customers in over 90 countries worldwide.

Build an end-to-end software-optimized system that meets the needs of Microsoft’s cloud business. By steadily eliminating toil and employing a product engineering mindset, we’ll engineer for scale and innovate to build the next generation of services that are continuously optimized to the needs of the business. We will engineer (vs. automate) end-to-end software solutions, building systems (vs. tools) by employing a product engineering mindset over simply automating or enabling human tasks We will iteratively and rigorously evolve from the existing processes and systems, and will promote a culture where status quo can be challenged ​We will quantify toil in all our software and operations functions and iteratively eliminate it We will treat every exception or an override as a defect and aspire to build systems that continuously improve by addressing them Everyone in the organization will be relentlessly hands-on and learn by doing​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Minimum Qualifications

• Computer Science or related degree; BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• 10 years’ experience in full product cycle: design, development, release and maintenance Experience delivering scalable and resilient services at large enterprise scale Excellent coding skills, strong in OOPS, OOAD, design patterns and their application Strong with Microsoft .
• NET technologies (C# and the .NET Framework) Strong working experience with in-depth expertise in delivering solutions based on ASP.Net,Web API, Web services/Rest APIs Good working knowledge of SQL Server including TSQL programming and/or related database technologies.
• Experience working on Azure/Cloud technologies will be added advantage Expertise and knowledge in Agile engineering practices (Continuous Integration, TDD)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in PLM Domain will be added advantage.
• Strong verbal communications and cross-group collaboration skills. Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills Familiarity with NoSQL document stores (e.g. MongoDB, Azure Cosmos DB) and/or graph DBs Front-end experience with Angular, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript Able to work efficiently, prioritize workflow, and meet deadlines Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and drive for clarity
