And we expose our core capabilities to third-party partners, with which they can bring conversations to life in their own products. We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to join our team for our next-generation AI-Powered Contact Center Applications. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of intelligent large-scale contact center applications to enhance customer interactions and optimize operational efficiency.
