Senior Software Engineer

You will build, design and operate platforms and products that help mobile operators leverage the Azure to accelerate the digital transformation of their core network operations in order to launch new services in an agile fashion, elastically scale to meet every growing demand for mobile service and dramatically improve operational efficiency thru infrastructure simplification and process automation

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in commercial software development
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field
• Experience in building, shipping and operating reliable, distributed systems software
• Ability to engage in site-reliability engineering practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to learn and grasps concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Great problem-solving skills and outstanding drive for results
• Commitment to collaboration and teamwork and ability to deliver via influence
• Self-starter, who proactively identifies problems and drives for resolution
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes
• Experience with private cloud technologies such as OpenStack and VMWare
• Strong programming experience in GoLang Languages with Data Structures and Algorithms
• Strong technical and design Skills towards problem solving w.r.to Scale and Optimization
• Knowledge of Ethernet, fiber optics, 802.1Q VLANs, VRF (Virtual Routing and Forwarding), TCP/IP, DHCP, BGP, MPLS, and VxLAN (Virtual Extensible LAN), dual-stack (IPv4 & IPv6) IP addressing, and IP network design
• Strong analysis and communication experience including customer critical issues and resolution
• A bias towards action to identify the best approach
• Excellent communication, verbal and written English skills

• As a Senior SWE you will contribute to the Nexus product vision and be responsible for architecting solutions ground-up
