The Purview Data Governance team’s mission is to deliver a market leading solution for enterprise data management, discovery, understanding, and access.

The customer personas served by Purview Data Governance include the enterprise data office, enterprise-wide data owners and data stewards, and enterprise-wide data consumers across all organizational functions. Rqquired Qualifications

• BE/ME/Btech/Mtech in computer science or associated discipline
• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer/architect building commercial software and a proven track record of working on successful software products
• 5+ years of experience in technical/architectural lead roles with all aspects of software development spanning incubation to delivery.
• Stellar design skills along with coding proficiency in Java, Scala, C++, .NET, C# etc.
• Hands on experience working with internals of big data processing engines/frameworks (SQL Engines, Hive, Spark, Hadoop etc)
• Development experience on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in building APIs and Microservices
• Experience in design and development of large scale enterprise data products hosted on big data platforms
• Experience working in agile teams or startup environments with strong customer focu

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with architects, engineers and applied research teams alike.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies such as creating clarity and delivering success
• Experience in developing large scale data governance solutions especially data quality
• Basic knowledge in AI while not required, is a bonus
