Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large scale computing, modeling, cyber security, anomaly detection
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or related field
- OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience of secure software development and other IT Audit areas.

- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under export control regulations, potentially under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations or Export Administration Regulations, the EU Dual Use Regulation, and/or other export control regulations. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to provide proof of citizenship, U.S. permanent residency, or other protected status (e.g., under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)) for assessment of eligibility to access the export-controlled information. To meet this legal requirement, and as a condition of employment, the successful candidate’s citizenship will be verified with a valid passport. Lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees may verify status using other documents, where applicable.
This position requires verification of citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, and as a condition of employment, the successful candidate’s citizenship will be verified with a valid passport.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in business, legal/regulatory, compliance, audit/consulting firm or equivalent experience.
- Relevant Certification (e.g., International Organization for Standardization [ISO] Lead Auditor, ISACA [CISA, CISM], International Association of Privacy Professionals [IAPP], Certified Information Privacy Professional [CIPP]).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products and compliance tools, particularly for sorting, analyzing, and displaying data or creating and delivering metrics and presentations.

Security Assurance IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.

Collaborate across functional teams: The role involves working closely with various functional teams to ensure that compliance controls are not only implemented but also effectively operational. This includes supporting multiple regulatory compliance requirements, industry standard certifications, and security standards.
• Governance risk and compliance SME: As a subject matter expert, the Sr Security Assurance Program Manager will educate product and engineering professionals on the initiatives required to meet Microsoft compliance requirements. This includes identifying and remediate risks that impact the security of the product and infrastructure.
• Conduct assessments and audits: The role requires conducting both routine and complex assessment/audit projects independently. This includes the collection and review of required evidence to support internal and external assessments.
• Drive efficiency and scalability: The Sr Security Assurance Program Manager will drive efficiency and scalability for regulatory compliance programs, ensuring that these programs are effective and can grow with the organization.
• Provide leadership with compliance metrics: This includes providing leadership with metrics related to compliance, such as risk, audit issues, and remediation efforts.
