The Azure Commerce + Ecosystems (C+E) team enables one of Microsoft’s most business-critical needs, building the services and tools to enable commerce across Microsoft. Given Microsoft's global presence in over 240 markets, close to 150 million transactions a day, and billions of dollars in revenue, commerce services need to be true internet scale and have state of the art availability, reliability and responsiveness. 

 We have bold goals to build a centralized modern payment data platform for all payment domains that is reliable, robust, extensible & resilient to manage a wide variety, velocity & volume of data encompassing modern tools and technologies to empower the organization to gain insights and drive data driven decisions.

• 12+ years of experience in technical roles, solid shipping experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing a team delivery, performance, mentoring. Exp in Data /AI/ML will be a plus 
• Ability to nurture and grow talent
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Fluent in Azure Stack, Web Applications & API Development, Service & Platform Management, E2E Life Cycle Management & DevOps. React JS Experience is a plus
• DevOp’s experience is a plus
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
