We are currently focused on driving growth of Bing’s daily active user base using Rewards through various Microsoft products. Microsoft Rewards is the most loved feature on Bing and Xbox, and our mission is to build a loyal user base that spans the entire Microsoft consumer ecosystem (Bing, Xbox, Edge, MSN, Windows and Mobile).

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for Microsoft’s loyalty program and initiatives. 
  • Work on a team that gets things done and works in a startup mode, driving acquisition, retention, and loyalty for Microsoft Products.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Extensive product management experience and shipping product features 
  • Proficient at problem solving. 
  • Self-directedness, team player, individual accountability. 
  • Passion for quality with strong customer empathy. 
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience shipping online services in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with product development cycle.

As the Principal Product Manager for the Microsoft Rewards program, you will: 

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for Microsoft’s loyalty program and initiatives. 
  • Have a keen understanding of loyalty program in the industry and identify best practices for our program. 
  • Help transform the program from a short-term incentivization tool to a X-product Loyalty Program for Microsoft.  
  • Write feature specs, manage and track key issues, and manage team execution including partnerships within and outside of the organization. 
  • Get creative about partnering with other product teams and organizations within Microsoft, and help establish Microsoft Rewards as a growth lever for these products. 
  • Develop plans for flighting and experimentation across multiple product canvases. 
  • Measure and analyze the metrics for the features shipped. 
  • Partner with design, development, marketing, legal, and usability to develop user experiences which align to business and customer needs. 
  • Maintain and improve user experiences, while managing the health of the business partnering with customer support, finance, and fraud prevention teams.
