The Microsoft Defender suite is a key product line developed by our team, which includes Microsoft Defender Antivirus (AV) and Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) solutions. Mobile endpoints are more prevalent due to ease of access, and they pose a threat vector for the enterprise data. • More than 15 years of experience as a software engineer on large-scale commercial projects. 

• Experience in mentoring and developing talent. 

• Communication skills and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams including Software Engineers, Program Managers, Security Researchers, and Data Scientists. 

• Over 4 years of experience designing end user applications on mobile platform (iOS and/or Android) 

• Over 4 years of experience building an entire app from scratch and ideally a portfolio of apps featured in the App Store. 

• Over 4 years of experience in development principles and patterns 

• Over 4 years of Swift and Objective-C with iOS internals and/or Java/JNI and Android internals 

• Skills in debugging and problem-solving. 

• Knowledge of secure software development life cycle. 

• Familiarity with software development tools such as source control systems (GIT), automated build systems, compilers, software validation systems, project tracking, and lifecycle management systems. 

• Ability to work independently and manage technical and architectural dependencies. 

• Holds a BS or MS degree in Computer Science.
