We are seeking a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect Lead to shape our team of architects responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions within Cyber Defense Operations. This leadership role combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision to ensure our architecture aligns with the latest security solutions and business objectives. You will guide and drive security innovation, and lead efforts to secure complex enterprise environments across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises infrastructures.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cyber security, anomaly detection, Security Operations Center (SOC) detection, threat analytics, security incident and event management (SIEM), and information technology (IT) operations
  • OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and design, with a track record of leading and managing teams AND securing cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and enterprise infrastructures.
• Experience in designing and implementing security controls for identity management, encryption, access control, data protection, and advanced threat protection.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under export control regulations, potentially under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations or Export Administration Regulations, the EU Dual Use Regulation, and/or other export control regulations. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to provide proof of citizenship, U.S. permanent residency, or other protected status (e.g., under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)) for assessment of eligibility to access the export-controlled information.  To meet this legal requirement, and as a condition of employment, the successful candidate’s citizenship will be verified with a valid passport. Lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees may verify status using other documents, where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and security frameworks.
• Experience in a large-scale enterprise environment with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with security automation and orchestration tools, threat intelligence, and incident response frameworks.
• Previous experience in building and leading diverse, high-performing cybersecurity teams.

Security Operations Engineering M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
