Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) – Business Applications

We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in Business Applications, who is passionate about driving our customers’ business applications, enabling low code agility and transforming those customers with AI. This is a customer-facing role, owning the business applications-focused technical & business relationships and the technical, functional and/or governance strategies between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation and operational health engagements. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.

Required Qualifications   

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in developing, customizing, tuning, troubleshooting, implementing or supporting Microsoft D365 Project Operations.
• 2+ years of experience working in Dynamics 365 Finance modules (such as Project Management and Accounting, GL, AP, and AR), Dynamics CE Project Operations and dual-write.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience in information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or Microsoft Business Applications technologies
• 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external) as a lead technical solution architect, lead functional consultant, or business value consultant
• Expert level functional or technical certification in one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 apps

Cloud Solution Architecture IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $108,900 - $183,000 per year.

• Identify growth opportunities: Leverage knowledge of the products, services, and value propositions of Microsoft Business Applications in customer/partner conversations to identify growth opportunities based on knowledge of customer/partner needs. 
• Technical Leadership: Learn-it-all: Drive continuous alignment and improvement of individual skills to better support and enable customer’s and MSFT’s business goals.
• Accelerate customer outcomes: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to Intellectual Property (IP) creation, prioritize IP re-use and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey.
