Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Establish key performance indicators, metrics, and dashboards for Global Rewards Team and other key stakeholders.
• Build standardized reports connected with People programs that enable business review of impact to business results.
• Drive efficient program processes, communications and reporting consistency globally.
• Understand and analyze data, anticipate and address trends and issues impacting the business and provide insights, recommendations, tools and solutions.
• Provide solutions and recommendations through data analysis to enable Compensation Partner to proactively provide input to leaders.
• Ensure consistent and efficient utilization of data tools and systems.
• Benchmark industry standards for data/analytics
• Provide subject matter expertise and training to Compensation Partners to increase capabilities in data and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in HR analytics, data science, or a related field, with a good understanding of HR processes and metrics.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and data manipulation using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and/or other relevant programming languages and tools.
• Experience with HR Systems (e.g. Workday) and other HR technology platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of upcoming AI trends is a plus
• Solid attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate sophisticated analysis in a succinct and impactful manner.
• Demonstrate consultative skills and able to generate insights from various databases and external sources make recommendation based on business problems.
• Proven track record to establish and maintain effective relationships and collaborate with teams from different fields.
• Flexible with job responsibilities and take the initiative to assume added responsibilities.
