One of the rapidly growing functions within Micron India is the Micron SDV team in Hyderabad and the team is looking to hire for the position of NAND Product where you will be responsible in the developing, validating, characterization, and qualification of new state-of-the-art NAND Flash memory products.

There is tremendous scope for individual learning and career growth in this role. In addition to the SDV responsibilities, you will also work cross functionally with NAND R&D, Design, and other various engineering teams towards new product startup, define, validate & deliver product specifications and requirements. Also, Product Engineers are the key product-specific point of contact with high visibility for critical issues and act as the main interface between Research and Development, Manufacturing, Business Units, and Quality Assurance departments.

Responsibilities:

•     This position offers potential path to highly visible lead role or possibility of being hired as a Lead given right fit in experience and expertise!!

•        Solid understanding & experience of Analog VLSI Design is essential.

•        NAND product design development, validation, characterization & qualification preferred.

•        Experience in simulation as well as debugging silicon signals from bench testing

•        Post-Si activities involving hands-on measurements on wafer probe stations and testers for design validation

•        Drive timely issue resolution with cross functional teams (Probe & Design Engineering) for improved validation & root cause understanding

Qualifications:

·       8+ Years with M.Tech / 10+ Years with B.Tech / 5+ Years with PHD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related disciplines

·       Course work in VLSI technology, analog/digital circuits, semiconductor process and semiconductor device physics

•        Excellent data analysis, problem solving, and decision-making skills

•        Strong foundation of mixed-signal VLSI such as analog circuits and systems, digital logic and RTL design.

•        Knowledge of Flash memory architecture and operation

•        Knowledge of bench testing equipment (o-scope, logic analyzer, Magnum, etc)

•        Knowledge in writing testbenches in SV, Verilog, Verilog-AMS, Spice

•        Fundamental programming/scripting skills (C/C++, Python, Perl, Verilog)

•        Effective communication and presentation skills

Technical Skills:

•        Experience in device modelling in TCAD and MATLAB and Device Fabrication is a plus

•        Strong fundamentals in Analog & VLSI design

•        Tools knowledge: Teradyne's Magnum, Verilog, Cadence Virtuoso, Oscilloscope

•        Python, C skills would be an added advantage.
