Job Description

Responsibilities and Tasks:

    • Ensure having basics in any of the programming languages like C or Java and in databases.

    • Good to have Salesforce work experience on APEX, Visualforce and LWC.

    • Good to have experience or knowledge on create/modify custom objects and integrating existing desktop and web apps with legacy/ERP systems.

    • Good to have experience or knowledge create/modify page layouts, search layouts to organize fields, custom links, related lists, and other components on a record detail and edit pages.

    • Good to have experience or knowledge create/modify pick lists, dependent pick lists, lookups, junction objects, master detail relationships, validation and formula fields to the custom objects.

    • Good to have Modifying or setup security like roles, profiles, field level securities.

    •  Good to have experience on enhancing the Salesforce applications through automations including lightning flow, Workflow, Process builders, Approval Processes, and Escalation Rules.

    • Knowledge on create datasets and load data using migration tools like Data Loader, Import Wizard.

Practices:

    • Partner with Sales business to understand capability needs and to improve the overall efficiency of the teams.

    • Ensure delivery of Sales solutions within our Salesforce toolset and on-premises accustomed applications.

    • Work within cross-functional teams (Operations areas, other SCRUM teams, Salesforce, SAP and PMO) to drive successful deployments.

    • Must have strong knowledge & experience working in teams implementing Agile/Kanban Methodologies.

    • Must have Salesforce architectural experience with solution designing.

Qualifications and Experience:

    • Around 0 to 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer.

    • Good to have extensive experience on Salesforce.com implementation cycle in Sales, Service, and community clouds.

    • Good to have experience in Salesforce.com , Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Integration, Visual force, Force.com API, SOQL, and SOSL.

    • Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, accustomed to working in both large and small team environments.

    • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving capability

    • Self-motivated and outcome oriented.

    • Capability to build strong rapport with customer/stakeholder groups.

    • Ability to work independently with short deadlines

Salesforce Certifications:(preferred)

        o Salesforce Administrator

        o Platform Developer I
