As Ops Manager of HBM Engineering, you are responsible to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization. The two primary goals are to free up engineering teams and management to focus on delivering their technical product related goals and to help ensure effective metrics are defined and supervised to achieve a BIC development model for HBM technology. There will be advised work, but this position requires self-direction and mentorship to the team on how to become operationally efficient and conscientious to internal and external customers. You will also be encouraged to provide strategic feedback as part of the HBM Engineering Leadership Team. Depending upon the workload this may require supervision of one or more TMs.

This role has been expanded to help drive roadmap and schedule for PDTLs.

*This position will be a hybrid role located in Boise, ID

*The seniority level offered will be based on a combination of experience and education.

What’s Encouraged Daily:

• Manage HIG Staff operation needs

• Definition and tracking of operational metrics

• HIG support to the TPG business plan

• Program needs driven by roadmap improvements for Headcount, budget and Opex

• Manage executive level presentations ensuring they meet the objectives and communicate optimally

• Facilitate meetings that have been formed to accelerate addressing of key development needs.

• Audit support
