As a PDE-Integration Engineer, you will be part of the Product Development Team working with Design, Integration & various Engineering teams. You are responsible for initiating, developing, and/or optimizing processes to enhance product quality and reliability, meet customer requirements, work with Design and Quality for Qualification. Your role will involve delivering to Product Development Timelines, Product Requirements, Product Performance, improving process yields, reducing costs, enhancing productivity and/or managing risks. Additionally, you will be required to or support to identify, diagnose and address packaging, product, hardware, controls (software, process) issues by applying various failure analysis techniques, using reticle validation, design validation and drawing validation.

Product Development
- Coordinate and implement initiatives for the evaluation and optimization of Product Development by working with PDT, Design, Quality and process, equipment and materials, ensuring effective changes at various process steps
- Lead / Participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
- Qualify and Implement New Product, Process, Equipment and/or Material.
- Validate and fan out new process baseline qualified.
- Assembly’s qualification procedures and reports
- Define operation procedures. Create the process recipes.
- Create and implement the DoE.
- Ensure materials compatibility with equipment and parameters.
- Verify the machine capability to fulfill the requirements of new products. Evaluate and improve assigned Assembly.
- Optimize process and ensure achievement of the process capability (CpK)
- Determine root cause and implement corrective actions if any abnormality is found. Evaluate/Introduce New Process, Equipment, Material Technologies , Design Validation, Customer Requirements and Product Requirements Validation.
- Locate and research technical information on equipment, materials, and/or processes in journals, literature, web, etc
- Identify supplier’s materials or equipment design and production processes.
- Introduce new materials, equipment to fulfill the requirement of new products.
- Create decision matrix for equipment and material selection.
- Develop Process of Record (POR) and Tool of Record (TOR). Coordinate Training Requirements and Conduct Training.
- Develop, or coordinate development of, training materials for new processes/ machines.
- Conduct training for production trainers train and mentor others.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- Bachelors/ Master in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field. A PhD is a plus.
- 8 or more years of experience with proven track record of technical leadership in semiconductor manufacturing, with expertise in Front End, Post Wafer Fabrication (PWF), High Bandwidth Manufacturing technology, process development, and/or equipment management.
- Strong leadership and vision and must be able to comfortably work across organizational boundaries and geographies.
- Able to influence senior leaders and partners on tactical decisions across multiple functions and geographies.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional organizations to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Able to drive and implement a wide range of global initiatives with global teams.
- Organized, meticulous, and strong focus on results.
- Able to inspire teamwork and to effectively lead others.
- Proven facilitation skills including the ability to influence others, build consensus, and resolve conflict.
- Demonstrated track record in baseline performance improvement, business process creation, process simulation techniques, data interpretation skills and proficiency in statistical analysis/method.
- Excellent analytical skills and organizational competency
- With good oral and written English communication skill
