In this job role, you will work in the Research and Development (R&D) Scribe Design group where you will support advanced memory technology development through scribe test structure design and layout, scribe database management and design validation. Your job functions include test structure design and layout, collaboration with various teams (Process Integration, Electrical characterization, Device, Reliability, Design Rule, CAD) and assisting with parametric correlation and debug. 

You will support process development activities through close interaction with Process Integration, Advanced mask development/OPC, Product and Design, Mask shop and Electrical characterization to build standardized and novel test structures. This includes feedback between these groups during the initial development of an R&D project and beyond through manufacturing integration. You will also be expected to verify and validate test structure documentation and related parametric information. 

Experience – 10+ Years in Layout Design, Memory Good to have

Scribe Array Design team is responsible for the design, layout, and verification of all memory cell related electrical elements such as Array and Pitch Cells.

In this role you will manage the MOI Scribe Array design team and their work with partners/end-users to define requirements, make commitments, and drive completion of deliverables to schedule. You will work with Process, Integration, Manufacturing, and Design teams across the company. You will use processes and metrics to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the scribe team.

Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Build, develop, and manage the MOI Scribe Array Design team.

• Work with end users and the SPO team to develop and establish Designs of Record that can be leveraged across current and future tech nodes, across technologies, and across end users.

• Be accountable for ensuring MOI Scribe Array Design team's work for each DID/revision meets requirements, standards, and schedule. Ensure necessary documentation is available at the right time. Validate scribe designs are performing as intended with electrical data.

• Work with other functional groups in Scribe Design to ensure that projects are adequately resourced.

• Work with the CAD team to develop and increase design automation

• Assist in identifying required business processes and set up a system of processes to establish work flow in a globally distributed organization.

• Assist in standardizing BKM's across technologies and scribe design sites.

• Assist in drive continuous improvement of tools and processes as well as eliminating redundant ones.

• Assist in establishing training, organize supporting material, and drive implementation across internal groups and external partners.

• Assist establishing metrics and management program to drive effectiveness and efficiency.

• Assist in driving decisions through data, metrics, and processes.
