Manager/E4 Lead, Photo Scanner Equipment Shift

As a Fab16 Photo Scanner Shift Manager/Lead, you will lead and manage a team of shift engineers to repair and maintain Scanner production equipment. Maintain production equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensure minimum equipment downtime. Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures. Manages training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance and repair programs and procedures. Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the functions.
