Department: Process Equipment Engineering - Chemical Vapor Deposition/Physical Vapor Deposition (PEE CVD/PVD)

Project Description: To collaborate and deliver projects relating to process development, equipment enhancement and workstation efficiency improvement on an industry first metal deposition workstation

Project Scope: To design experiments for process parameter optimization, test and qualify new hardware and utilize AI tools to design workflows for workstation efficiency improvement.

Project Deliverable: To improve yield, reduce cost and enhance productivity for the workstation

Requirement:

- Bachelors in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering

- Strong interest in the semiconductor industry

- Available for credit bearing full internship from January to May 2026
