Project Title: Manufacturing Small Tool inventory System and dashboard

Descriptions:

• Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau ,Power BI or Web-Based Platform.
• Collaborate with the strategic planners to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Test and validate the functionality of the dashboards.
• Document the development process and provide training to team members.
• Extract and process data using Python and SQL.

Scope:

• Engage with different team to enable systematic solution and develop ST inventory System
• Perform Data collection and analysis during the setup
• Conduct Test Run (UAT) after Setup

Supporting team:

• Operation improvement team
• Engineering team

Deliverable:

• Able to fully setup Small tool inventory system and dashboard according to requirement
• User able to view dashboard in multiple view according to their GJS level
• Enable real-time tracking of small tool management in the system

Stretch Goal:

• Small tool inventory follow up
• Develop MFG SharePoint and management

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering , Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced Proficiency in Python, C#, HTML, JavaScript, VBA Macro and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• High adaptability and flexibility to deal with variety of problems in a fast-paced environment.
