Join Micron's Facilities team, working on powerful projects for outstanding facilities in Taiwan.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, planning, and construction of equipment, machinery, and buildings.
• Collaborate on facility modifications, including budget and schedule management, to ensure flawless execution.
• Support the development and implementation of organizational policies for the facilities department.
• Improve coordination of building space allocation, layout, and facilities expansion to increase efficiency.
• Contribute to health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to successfully implement innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various departments.
• Competence in using engineering tools and software to craft and plan facility projects.
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Education and Experience:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Previous internship or project experience in a facilities-related role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for facility management.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to facility capacity and reliability improvements.
