We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Package Product Engineer (PE) to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the assembly-related coverage within manufacturing processes to improve Time 0 and Field Defects Per Million (DPM) and reduce inline fallout. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive cumulative yield ownership and implement initiatives for overall yield and quality improvement.

• Semiconductor Packaging: Advanced packaging technologies, wire bonding, flip-chip, and wafer-level packaging.
• Defect Elimination: Root cause analysis (RCA), failure analysis (FA), and zero-defect methodologies.
• Yield Improvement: Yield analysis, defect density reduction, and process optimization.
• Test Process Development: Assembly and test process optimization, test coverage enhancement.
• Quality Assurance: Quality metrics monitoring (DPM, DPPM), implementation of quality standards (ISO, JEDEC).
• Data-Driven Insights: Statistical process control (SPC), data analytics, and machine learning applications in defect prediction.
• Continuous Improvement: Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies for process improvement.
• Technology Development: Collaboration with R&D for innovative solutions and process scalability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with design, assembly, and test engineering teams to align objectives.
• Automation and Innovation: Driving automated defect detection and implementing AI/ML tools for predictive analysis.
