• Drive yield improvement and process integration optimization through data-driven methodologies and AI-assisted analytics.
• Apply machine learning and AI tools to identify process excursions, defect signatures, yield detractors, and manufacturing risks.
• Develop predictive models for yield forecasting, defect prevention, and process stability monitoring.
• Leverage AI-powered data analysis platforms to accelerate root cause investigation and decision making.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Manufacturing, Equipment Engineering, and Product Engineering teams to develop and deploy AI solutions for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Support implementation of advanced process control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Fault Detection & Classification (FDC), and AI-enabled monitoring systems.
• Utilize Generative AI tools to improve engineering productivity, automate reporting, perform data summarization, and enhance knowledge management.
