  障がい者向け　半導体装置エンジニア職

  業務内容

  ※キャリアアップを目指したい方に最適なお仕事です。

  装置の立ち上げ、装置トラブルを解決し、生産能力の向上に取り組みます。

  • 生産設備条件と技術を確立し、改善する。

  ・生産装置の構造、動作原理を習得し、生産装置の観点から生産性を更に高める
  • 生産設備管理プロジェクトを確立し、変更する。

  ・データ分析を通して、装置稼働改善、品質改善およびコスト改善活動
  • さまざまな半導体装置の設備パラメータの設定。
  • 異常分析と改善。

  ・新装置に対する評価の実施（一定の作業を行い、問題の有無を確認し対応する）
   

  社内外の関係者と、メールや口頭でのコミュニケーションを図ることにより業務を遂行していただきます。
  英語によるコミュニケーションができる方は優遇いたします。

  選考プロセス：書類選考、面接（1～3回）、 実技（PCスキル等）

  必須条件：
  ・高専、短大、大卒程度の学歴、理工系の学位のある方は優遇
  ・Microsoft office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlookなど）基本的なソフトウエアを 使用できる。
  ・日本語でのコミュニケーション must have Japanese language skills

  勤務時間：

  日勤　8:30～17:15
