As a WET Process Shift Engineer at our Taiwan Fab, you will collaborate with a highly skilled group to ensure smooth operation of our innovative manufacturing methods. Responsibilities:

• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve process-related issues promptly and successfully implement long-term solutions.
• Conduct rigorous data analysis to ensure processes meet world-class quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to determine and implement process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to strictly adhere to protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience with advanced semiconductor wet process technologies.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other industry-standard methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to compete in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
