Job Description:

We are seeking an engineer motivated by transistor-level integrated circuit design to participate in the development of high-speed input/output (I/O) cells using CMOS and FinFET technologies.
You will work on various projects for different divisions of the company. You will be involved in the entire development cycle of I/O cells, from the specification phase to silicon validation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize interface I/O cells for communication protocols such as I2C, I3C, LVDS, SPI, RGMII.
• Create electrical schematics using Cadence Virtuoso based on functional and electrical specifications.
• Perform electrical simulations using simulators such as Hspice or Spectre to validate circuit behavior.
• Collaborate with the layout team to optimize the routing of electrical connections and current paths.
• Work with the ESD team to ensure the robustness of I/O against electrostatic discharge.
• Contribute to electrical verification, documentation, and support for the developed blocks.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Engineer with experience in integrated circuit design.
• Strong interest in transistor-level design and analog/mixed-signal circuits.
• Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso and electrical simulators such as Hspice or Spectre.
• Rigorous, autonomous, analytical mindset, ability to learn, and team spirit.
• Curiosity about new technologies in general, especially CMOS and FinFET technologies.
• Knowledge of ESD is a plus.
• Proficiency in technical English.

Education :

• BS minimum required, electrical engineering; MS or PhD is a plus

Experience :

• 3 to 5 years of experience in I/O design
