This role is based in the Michelin Shared Services Center in Bucharest, Michelin Corporate & Business Services, where more than 700 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Sales Administration, Personnel and Service Management.


What we’re looking for:

  • IS/IT engineer graduated, with CRM deployment project experience (Salesforce or other);
  • The project management with IS/IT development / deployment experience would be appreciated;
  • Attention to details;
  • Communication skills;
  • English language fluent (C1).

The Senior Software Engineer will:

Project Deployment :

  • Develop detailed roadmap for deployment: define timelines, milestones and resource allocation;
  • Organize and formalize the planning of the deployment phases (discovery, building, testing);

Development

  • Develop the process and the associated Templates in collaboration with business partners;
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Monitor project implementation by creating progress reports and dashboards, identify areas for improvement and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish regular reporting mechanisms.

User Support and Training

  • Set up and maintain user accounts in CLM Platform: ensure that users have the right access, permissions and licenses.
  • Provide technical support to end-users across different locations, troubleshooting CLM-related issues and providing guidance on best practices.

System Enhancements and Upgrades

  • Stay current with CLM platform releases, new features, and industry trends related to CLM functionality.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to evaluate system enhancements or upgrades that can improve data quality and user experience within CLM platform.

Maintenance and Administration

  • Administrate and maintain the CLM platform, with a specific focus on CLM functionality, including contract templates, clauses, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather CLM requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements or new features in CLM Platform.

Reporting and Analysis
