About Method Security

Method Security is dedicated to reshaping cybersecurity in an era where AI-driven threats are growing rapidly. Our mission is to defend critical institutions—such as government, defense, and key commercial sectors—against these sophisticated threats by building cutting-edge, autonomous defense solutions. We bring together expertise in AI, cybersecurity, and software to create products that seek to finally shift the advantage in security from offense to defense.

Our Team and Values

Joining Method means becoming part of an elite, mission-driven team that values innovation, transparency, and high standards. We work with purpose, embracing diverse perspectives and experiences while maintaining a high bar for quality. Our team is built around trust, efficiency, and respect. We’re committed to creating an environment where everyone can contribute meaningfully. We believe in small, focused teams capable of tackling complex challenges and achieving outsized results. At Method, you’ll have the autonomy to drive projects forward, the support to navigate challenges, and the opportunity to shape the future of cybersecurity.

Role Overview

You would be a member of Method's Product Development team responsible for channeling all of the activities happening in terms of engineering, product, and design, into more efficient and organized delivery, and a more clear narrative for customers and prospects. Method's Product Development team is intentionally dense on engineers and without product managers: our product velocity and flatness of hierarchy is paramount to our operating model. However, this creates constructive chaos; chaos that this role is to channel. You would work across all of Product Development and cross functionally with our customer facing teams to synchronize and deliver Method Platform.

Every day will be different. This role is all about turning chaos, innovation, and ambiguity into clear structure and narrative. This is a great opportunity for a generalist operator wanting to get closer to product.

• Partner with customer deployment and sales teams to ensure they have precise product roadmap details to operate off of.

• Help write product documentation.

• Organize customer feedback and deployment requirements for development teams to easily digest.

• Create product marketing material in partnership with end development owners.

• Manage aspects of the product delivery lifecycle, like administrative setup and cost tracking.
