Description
At Meta Singapore our Stores team is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to manage a team of highly talented high performing Software Engineers. This individual will be responsible for building integrated, scalable, and robust solutions and apps. Ensuring a high quality bar for commerce on meta.com you will play a key role in reimagining productivity by shipping transformative products that serve diverse aspects of our Stores Team.
Software Engineering Manager Responsibilities
  • Be an effective people manager to a team of high performing engineers
  • Effectively scale the team by attracting and mentoring extraordinary people at various levels of experience to grow a well-balanced, high performing team.
  • Empower and demonstrate the open Facebook engineering culture.
  • Successfully work in a cross-functional partnership with other leaders across Facebook.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in leading software engineering teams
  • Experience in recruiting engineering talent and building out high-performing teams.
  • Experience in translating technical concepts into language for audiences, including software engineers, business and technical leaders.
  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent.
