Project Manager, Content and Integrity Operations, Exploitation Problems Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements
  • Manage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations
  • Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems
  • Develop a deep understanding of content integrity issues, specifically Exploitation issues and how they affect our community and products
  • Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats
  • Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users
  • Address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material
  • This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of work experience in role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience communicating with and influencing a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teams
  • Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functions
  • Demonstrable experience using sound judgment and exhibiting grace under pressure
  • Ability to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Avid user of our Meta products
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of other programming languages, e.g. Python, R
  • 2+ years of experience working with data tools such as SQL, SAS, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau) tools
  • Bachelor's Degree
