Senior Frontend Engineer

✅ What You’ll Do

• Lead software design and development for core product features
• Drive continuous integration and deployment of our platform
• Champion innovation and ongoing improvement in user experience and performance
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and mentorship
• Monitor and support the platform to maintain a seamless user experience
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on integrations
• Implement security and compliance standards (HIPAA, SOC 2)
• Maintain documentation, knowledge sharing, and technical clarity across stakeholders

🧠 We’re Looking For Someone Who…

• Has strong proficiency in React/Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend practices
• Understands APIs and system interoperability (FHIR/HL7 knowledge a plus)
• Has experience with cloud-based SaaS environments and scalable architecture
• Brings deep knowledge of secure coding practices (OWASP)
• Can break down complex problems and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions
• Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
• Enjoys mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development
• Proactively identifies areas for improvement and drives them forward

🌍 Additional Notes

• This role will require occasional travel to the USA and Canada for on-site campaigns, team collaboration, and brand activations. All travel will be coordinated and supported by the Meroka team.
