  • Associate Director - 3+ years of industry/sales experience

  • Director - 4+ years of industry or sales experience (generally minimum 2 years of DIRECT sales experience)

  • Senior Director - 6+ years of industry or sales experience (generally minimum of 4 years of DIRECT sales experience)

  • Executive Director - 8+ years of industry or sales experience (generally minimum 6 years of DIRECT sales experience) 

  • Vice President - 12+ years of industry/sales experience with 5+ years of management experience
