What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Experience developing and maintaining reports, workflows, and scripts using tools such as Power BI, Excel, The Lookout Way, or similar.
  • Ability to collect, cleanse, and validate data from multiple sources.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable outputs.
  • Experience automating reports and processes (e.g. Workato, Power BI).
  • Strong attention to detail and timely issue resolution.
  • Experience in application support, technical support, or system maintenance.
  • Ability to design and implement solutions in automation or scripting environments.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current Police Record Check.
