＜チームのミッション＞

  • メルカリのCSプラットフォーム開発チームは、「手間のかからないお客さま体験(Effortless CX)を実現するお客さまサービスプロダクトを作る」というミッションを掲げているチームです。
  • お客さまがトラブルなくメルカリを利用すること、お問い合わせの根本原因を解決すること、お問い合わせを短時間かつ少ない回数のお問い合わせで解決するというお客さまサービスのミッションを技術でサポートします。

具体的な業務内容は下記です。 

  • 採用や育成を通じて、強いエンジニア組織をつくる
  • エンジニアの成長、キャリア構築をサポートする（1on1、目標設定、評価、フィードバック）
  • チームが直面する組織的および技術的な課題に対して的確なソリューションを提案し、推進することで、チームの成長を促す
  • 個人の成長と会社の状況を踏まえて、適切にエンジニアをアサインする
  • 技術的な選択の妥当性をCTOやテックリードたちと議論し、組織や個人の正しい技術的成長に貢献する
  • プロダクトマネージャー、テックリードと協力し、プロダクトの成功をサポートする

開発言語：Go

インフラ：Google Cloud Platform(Compute Engine,Kubernetes Engine, Cloud SQL, Spanner, Storage, Stackdriver Logging, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, etc.)

  • CS業務体験の向上によってお客さま体験へ繋げる
    • 現在、それぞれのビジネスに応じて作られた複数のカスタマーサービス関連ツールに対し、オペレーターに統一されたシームレスな体験を提供するように統合していく取り組みが求められています。メルカリやメルペイの各ビジネスと連携し、共通の目標に向けた開発を通じて、CSのオペレーションを改善し、最終的にはメルカリのお客さまの体験向上に貢献することができます。
  • 社内の生成AIチームやMLチームとのコラボレーション
    • カスタマーサービス業務の効率化を図るため、社内の生成AIおよび機械学習チームと協力し、AIを活用した開発プロジェクトに取り組む機会があります。このコラボレーションを通じて、業界の最前線で新しい価値を創出し、グループ全体に対するインパクトを最大化する挑戦ができます。


必須条件

  • メルカリグループおよび各カンパニーのミッションとバリューに共感していただける方
  • エンジニアリングマネジメント経験（1年以上）
  • エンジニアの成長を促しながら、組織の最大化にコミットできる方
  • Backend、インフラ、Clientといった技術領域での開発経験
  • 組織や技術的課題に対しソリューションを提案・推進する能力
  • 部門間調整やエンジニアのメンタリングなど高いコミュニケーション能力
