You will collaborate closely with multi-functional teams including product managers, designers, developers, and marketers to ensure our digital products are not only visually appealing but also intuitive, user-centric and fully responsive. Your expertise in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be crucial in delivering outstanding user experiences.

  • Ensure high-performance and availability of all WordPress websites.
  • UI Design:
  • Create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces and graphics for websites.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop design systems, style guides, and UI components that align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with UX designers to understand design requirements and user flows.
  • Collaborate with senior UI Engineers and backend developers to integrate UI components with backend systems.
  • Present and communicate design and development solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability.
  • Perform usability testing and debugging to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Implement and advocate for best-practices in front-end development and user experience design.
  • Continuous UI Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Continuously seek to improve the user experience & interface through innovation and best-practices.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in UI development with a strong portfolio showcasing your work especially using WordPress.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
