Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js. Among other technologies like HTML5, CSS3, Java and C#.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications through best coding practices and robust testing.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high standards for code quality.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in architectural decision-making to guide the development of innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.

You’re the innovator we need if:

• You have proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
• Possess a strong understanding of modern web development tools, frameworks, and libraries.
• Have hands-on experience with RESTful APIs & microservices architecture.
• Are familiar with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies.
• Have direct experience mentoring and coaching junior developers, with a track record of fostering professional growth.
• Are a strong problem-solver, with attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• BONUS: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices is a plus.

Additional requirements that would be helpful to have are:

• Experience with WebSockets.
• Experience with Electron and OS integration.
• Knowledge of developing accessible & responsive web pages.
• You know what product development life cycle requires, such as setting up a CI/CD pipeline with automated tests and (remote) observability.
