Mench is excited to invite applications for the role of Studio Designer to join our creative team. As a Studio Designer, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality designs for a variety of projects, including branding, print materials, digital assets, and environmental graphics. You will collaborate closely with other designers, account managers, and clients to ensure that the designs align with project objectives and brand identities. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in delivering compelling visual solutions and maintaining the overall aesthetic standards of our studio. Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for various formats, including print, digital, and presentations.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that meet client needs.
• Prepare and present design mockups to team members and clients for feedback and approval.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Manage project timelines effectively to adhere to deadlines while ensuring high-quality output.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Designer or in a similar role within a creative studio or agency.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums.
• Proficiency in design tools such as llustrator | Photoshop | InDesign | AI-based tools
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
