A Day in the Life

In this role, you will join a world class team of mechanical, electrical and software engineers within the
Medtronic’s Surgical Operations Unit. This is one new, powerful operating unit bringing together the people and product portfolio of Surgical Robotics and Surgical Innovations. With the Medtronic Mission as our North Star, we will build on our legacy of proven surgical solutions and advance the promise of robotics and digital solutions for the benefit of the customers and patients we serve.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$95,200.00 - $142,800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
