A Day in the Life
DevOps Engineer with 10 years of Regulated Product Development experience including 5 to 8 Years in Automation and DevOpsResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned
- Minimum of 10 years of regulated product development experience with 5 to 8 years in Automation and DevOps.
- Masters or bachelor’s in engineering or technology in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Electricals or related field
- Experience with Linux, Windows, iOS Systems/Servers.
- Experience with Java, Python, Shell Scripting, PowerShell or Groovy Object-Oriented development
- Orchestration tool experience (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Experience in containerization and orchestration with Docker, AWS EKS, Kubernetes & Ansible for container management & orchestration
- Experience developing tools (e.g., using Java, C#..)
- Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins.
- Experience with both mobile and web-based application deployments.
- Experience with automated test frameworks.
- Experience with test execution frameworks (e.g. Junit, TestNG)
- Experience working with other leaders to establish best in class solutions
- Experience with code repositories (e.g. Gitlab, TFS,)
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Industry recognized certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, SAFe®4 DevOps Practitioner Certification and Microsoft Certified Azure DevOps Engineer
- Experience with Documentation with AsciiDocs or markdown and for creating technical documentation
- Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation - Proven ability to write and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience of integrating security tools and practices within the DevOps process.
- Experience in basic networking experience (HTTPS, certificates, DNS, etc
