Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Strategy & Business Management

Develop and execute annual marketing plans to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability objectives.

Lead product lifecycle management across the assigned portfolio.

Monitor market dynamics, competitive activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.

Support demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, and business continuity initiatives.

Market Development & Commercial Excellence

Develop clear product positioning, segmentation, and value propositions.

Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to accelerate therapy adoption.

Partner with the sales organization to improve commercial execution and customer engagement.

Drive procedural solution selling by integrating products, technologies, and clinical evidence into a comprehensive value proposition. [FY26 Regi...e 0209 14点 | PowerPoint]

Market Access & Health Economics

Support VBP, reimbursement, and policy-related initiatives.

Develop value dossiers and health economic narratives to demonstrate clinical and economic benefits.

Partner with Market Access teams to strengthen product positioning and access opportunities.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Work closely with Global Marketing, R&D, Medical Affairs, Sales Training, Supply Chain, and Market Access teams.

Lead strategic projects and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.

Ensure execution excellence through effective project management.
