Job overview:

Medius Software Inc is looking for a talented, driven project manager/application consultant to join their North American professional services team. We are seeking a strong leader who can coordinate and manage software implementation project teams and collaborate cross functionally to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, ability to build and foster relationships with clients and enjoy working in a team-based environment with a great culture.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitating Medius software implementation projects by managing project scope, requirements and client stakeholder expectations

• Developing project plans and timelines to ensure transparency across project teams and commitment to milestone delivery dates
• Managing project budgets and resources to ensure the timely completion of project milestones
• Tracking and documenting progress and communicating project status updates to key stakeholders
• Identifying and managing project risks
• Facilitating team meetings and collaboration
• Liaising for changes and negotiations with relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring software quality standards are met and requirements are submitted within budget and on time
• Closing the project and ensuring proper documentation

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Knowledge and skills in project management
• High communication and interpersonal skills
• High organizational skills
• PMP or other project management certification (preferred, not required)
• Experience in project management role (preferred)
• Experience in accounting, business analysis or functional consulting preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.
