Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Project Manager to support our strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence. This role will require a strong understanding of analytics and data, exceptional PowerPoint skills, and the ability to create compelling board presentations. The successful candidate will report to the SVP of People and collaborate closely with the CEO and other senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, impactful presentations for board meetings and executive briefings. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights, data, and key messages.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities. Prepare analytical reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Develop project plans, manage resources, and track progress.
  • Work closely with the SVP of People, CEO, and other senior leaders to align on strategic goals, provide updates, and ensure effective communication across the organization.
  • Identify areas for operational enhancement and work with teams to implement process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings with leadership teams to discuss project progress, strategic initiatives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across all departments.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards strategic goals.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure successful implementation and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or a similar role, preferably in a global organization.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives.
  • Strong written communication skills, including translating data into narratives and slide design 
  • Solid understanding of data analytics and experience using tools like Excel, Tableau, SalesForce, or similar software to derive insights from data.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving, and constantly evolving hyper-growth environment
