Relevant du Superviseur, Comptabilité aux membres, la personne titulaire du poste devra effectuer des analyses financières et les tâches de clôture de fin de mois, entre autres le rapprochement des comptes du grand livre général. Elle aura également la responsabilité complète de dossiers de clients plus complexe et devra veiller à la production de leurs états financiers mensuels.
Responsabilités :
- Préparer des conciliations bancaires mensuelles;
- Gérer les comptes payables, l’émission des chèques et les paiements électroniques;
- Faire le contrôle et les suivis des comptes à recevoir;
- Faire les écritures de journal mensuelles et régularisations;
- Produire les états financiers mensuels avec les indicateurs de performances;
- Effectuer le rapprochement et l'analyse des comptes du grand livre général afin d'assurer leur exactitude et leur exhaustivité.
- Résoudre des problèmes complexes mettant en jeu des analystes du crédit, des clients, des fournisseurs et des intervenants d'autres services de McKesson.
- Produire les déclarations de taxes de vente (TPS-TVQ);
- Procéder au traitement de la paie aux deux (2) semaines;
- Préparer et documenter les dossiers de fin d’année pour les vérificateurs externes;
- Offrir du mentorat aux nouveaux employés et des conseils reliées à son expertise de la comptabilité des pharmacies
- Gestion de la liquidité pour les pharmacies
- Collaborer avec les autres membres des Services Financiers et des intervenants externes (pharmacies, banques, comptables externe) pour des pharmacies problématiques ou complexes
- Mises à jour régulières de la documentation comptable dans les répertoires;
- Autres tâches connexes;
Exigences :
- DEC en comptabilité ou formation jugée équivalente;
- Posséder un minimum de 5-7 années d’expérience dans un poste de même nature;
- Très bonnes connaissances du cycle comptable complet;
- Expérience pertinente dans le cycle complet de la paie;
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook);
- Bonnes connaissances du système comptable Acomba (un atout);
- Connaissance du système de paie Nethris ou Desjardins;
- Savoir gérer les priorités et travailler dans des échéanciers serrés;
- Très bonne capacité pour le travail d’équipe et la collaboration;
- Faire preuve d’un excellent sens de l’organisation et de flexibilité;
- Être minutieux et précis dans son travail;
- Compétences éprouvées en service à la clientèle;
- Très bonne communication orale et écrite en français, Bilinguisme un atout;
Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes dont les tâches requièrent une connaissance de la langue anglaise a été restreint dans la mesure du possible.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Member Accounting, the position holder will be responsible for performing financial analyses and month-end closing tasks, including the reconciliation of general ledger accounts. They will also have full responsibility for more complex client files and must ensure the production of their monthly financial statements.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations;
- Manage accounts payable, check issuance, and electronic payments;
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable;
- Perform monthly journal entries and adjustments;
- Produce monthly financial statements with performance indicators;
- Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
- Resolve complex issues involving credit analysts, clients, suppliers, and other McKesson department stakeholders.
- Produce sales tax returns (GST-QST);
- Process bi-weekly payroll;
- Prepare and document year-end files for external auditors;
- Provide mentoring to new employees and offer advice related to pharmacy accounting expertise;
- Manage liquidity for pharmacies;
- Collaborate with other members of the Financial Services team and external stakeholders (pharmacies, banks, external accountants) for problematic or complex pharmacies;
- Regularly update accounting documentation in directories;
- Other related tasks;
Requirements:
- DEC in accounting or equivalent training;
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of the complete accounting cycle;
- Relevant experience in the full payroll cycle;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook);
- Good knowledge of the Acomba accounting system (an asset);
- Knowledge of the Nethris or Desjardins payroll system;
- Ability to manage priorities and work within tight deadlines;
- Strong team collaboration skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and flexibility;
- Attention to detail and precision in work;
- Proven customer service skills;
- Very good oral and written communication in French, bilingualism is an asset;
The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
