The Sr. Clinical Data Analyst provides support to internal and external customers by identifying and resolving issues related to clinical trials data, billing inquiries, and adverse event reporting. This position works closely with cross-functional teams, including study staff, project managers, IT, and vendors, to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer requests. The Sr. Clinical Data Analyst also contributes to process improvements and documentation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service to internal and external clients, addressing inquiries related to clinical trial data, billing, and adverse events.
- Resolve customer issues independently or escalate as needed to senior team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including study staff, project managers, IT, and vendors, to resolve complex issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures used to manage client requests.
- Assist in training new employees on policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, healthcare management, or information technology.
Critical Skills
- At least 4 years of experience working in a customer service environment.
- At least 4 years of professional experience utilizing Databricks.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Demonstrated experience in the field of oncology.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research principles and practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
