Job Summary

CoverMyMeds is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Program and Project Management Office. This position will manage software engineering projects and Information Technology projects that are aligned with our Strategic Project Portfolio utilizing Agile, Kanban, Scrum and Waterfall frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a transparent and motivating work environment for cross-functional teams on the delivery of products on time, within budget and of quality
• Manage software engineering and information technology projects from initiation through delivery and closing utilizing Agile methodologies and PMBOK standards
• Partner with Delivery Managers to build trust and support
• Partner with Product Management and Product Owners in prioritizing strategic initiatives
• Flex for Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall frameworks
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Facilitate and lead ceremonies
• Communicate project and portfolio health to multiple levels of leadership
• Ensure consistent application of project management and SDLC practices
• Perform data analysis and modeling using MS Excel
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and collaborate with team to improve flow
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to develop project schedules
• Measure, analyze and report metrics for budget and schedule
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Tech Leads to keep backlogs fed
• Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet company goals

Requirements

• 4+ years of work experience delivering technology products and services
• 5+ years of titled project management experience, delivering systems solutions and/or deployment of business requirements to information systems
• 2+ years direct experience in operations analysis, data analysis, or business intelligence
• Servant Leader

• Ability to resolve problems on own and escalate appropriately
• Ability to work independently
• Clear communicator both face-to-face and in writing
• Decisiveness
• Demonstrated experience leading more than one Scrum team on a concurrent basis
• Time-management skills
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
• Thorough understanding of Agile, Kanban, Scrum and Waterfall
• Proficiency in Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience with MS Project and MS Office
• PMP and CSM preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
